By examining the serial murder and serial killers in the 70s, the researcher argues that the ‘70s’ were a corrupted decade disguised by peace, love, and innocence. The article was to provide information on the serial killer epidemic of the 1970s. By informing us of how society had fed into the serial killer epidemic of the 60s-80s, Pablo Salvatierra is showing us how in the 21st century we are going to experience another serial killer epidemic with the societal divisiveness.Pablo Salvatierra is not so sublimely blaming society for the serial killer epidemic.

Salvaterra (2016) evaluated the reasoning behind the increase and decrease in serial killers from the 1960s through to the 21st Century. He gives detail into the creation of the ‘golden age’ of serial killings and how politics had influenced it. Salvatierra (2016) is inherently biased because it proposes that serial killers are people who suffer from mental or psychological problems. He argues that the events in the country created an environment, which was an ideal killer to prey on victims. The article is intended for the people who are fascinated with serial murders. The motive of the author to create the source is to educate the public that the media and public fascination with the serial killers have created a snowball effect making people believe that danger lurks everywhere. The sources do contain a hidden meaning because it dispels the fears about the rising statistics or number of serial killers.
The author is only a researcher without much credentials. He is a writer who only theorizes serial killing. He is not an eyewitness despite quoting some firsthand account from the eyewitnesses. The source is consent with other information on the topic despite some variation. Some sources corroborate the sources while some contract the sources. The source is relevant to the top. The main insights are that the serial kills are not aliens but members so the society with psychologists or mental problems.

These events influenced the conclusion reached by the sources. Miller (2018) intended to educate the audience that serial killing is an innate or developed or acquired trait. The implicit meaning is that serial killers may be born with the trait or the trait may be forced upon them by the trauma and life’s experiences.
Drugs Fueled and Ravaged Seventies Music
According to Rolling Stone (2016), the pop culture was a wash with drugs in the 1970s. having witnessed most of the drug and sex orgies by the pop artists, rolling stone magazine is at a better position to explain how lifestyle of drugs, sex, and rock and roll affected the life and career of most of the pop artists. The sources review the lives and times of most of the pop couture artists who were destroyed by drugs. The events inspired or influenced the sources to write about the rampant use of drugs by the pop artists and the impact of those drugs on third artistry and life. The intended audience for the sources is probably the artists interested in copying the lifestyle of the other artists. Rolling Stone (2016) intended to educate about the dangers of drugs and warn would-be users. The author hopes to dissociate drugs with success in pop music. The hidden meaning of the source is that drugs and rock and roll lifestyle is a vanity which in the end deists the artists and the artistry.
Griffin (2017) reported in Quartz Daily Obsession that many people lived in the era Manson who can provide a first account of what happened and how life was in that era. The source is biased against the portrayal of murder in the pop culture and the media. 2017 was the year in which a lot of inspired books, documentaries, podcasts, and television series as well as Manson tee shirts about serial killers were produced. Most of the events in that year influenced the source because it is the fixation or obsessive interest in serial murder and pop culture thrived. She argued that there is currently a sudden fixation serial murder, infamy, sex, and death in the media. The media has driven the unfounded fears that there are many serial killers. the author hoped to demystify the preoccupation with serial killers. According to Griffin (2017), a serial killer is just outlier. One in a thousand of good people. The authors argue that the portrayal of serial killers by the media and pop culture is for commercial purposes to drive sale by creating fears. Som of the key case studies explored by the author points at a clear case of mentally ill people based on verifiable statistical facts.
