While homosexuality remains to be discouraged in some states in the United States and many parts in the world, it has remained a controversial issue in South Carolina. The first same-sex marriage took place in the year 2014 in South Carolina. The legal sectors seem to perform their parts according to the constitution and human rights consideration. Many 'churches do not portray the case of homosexuality as church-defining issues; they believe that it is immoral and that there need to be done something to states laws. The state's authority supports church clergies and pastors to perform there without providing services to gay groups. Arguably, the rules laws need to have equal rights to every couple in society as expected for opposite-sex. Still, the religious group should join together and support their view point on morality and God's will.
