Communication skills are driven by cultural Intelligence of people relating to each other, that understand the importance of culture, beliefs, and, principals. Emotional Intelligence is also a vital element in an individual's communication abilities because it enables a person to handle the emotions and the feelings of others. Emotional Quotient has components such as being self-aware, self- regulating, empathy, and social skill. This essay will analyze how cultural Intelligence, emotional intelligence, and emotional control productive and effective human interaction in workplaces and everyday communication.
High levels of emotional Intelligence give an individual a happier outlook and more positive attitudes (Hughes 15). Emotional Quotient enables humans to deal with the strains of daily life, which impact on physical and mental health. As a result, a person will be unable to deal with stress, sleeping better, and making healthy choices. Cultural Intelligence, on the other hand, offers a platform to associate with different working methods and behaviours brought by different cultures. Cultural Quotient improves teamwork, communications skills, and collaborations (Senturk 108). Teams with more cultural diversity are more innovative and profitable.
In workplaces, emotional intelligence and emotions control facilitates interactions between employees by encouraging better teamwork and creating a better working environment for everyone. This, in return, enhances better time management and creates space for more natural adjustments in the workplace. Leaders, in this case, are forced to choose between making decisions and resolving work conflicts efficiently. Cultural Intelligence highly contributes to the effectiveness of the workplace. People with cultural Intelligence are able to work, interact, and communicate well with colleagues from different cultures (Crowne 21). These enhance excellent communication and respect between employees, which are good traits for a company to be successful.
Cultural Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and emotional control, facilitate productive and effective human interaction in everyday interaction, regardless of their relationship or the place of meeting. Respecting other people's emotions and culture shows mutual respect which encourages mutual understanding and better communication (Crowne 12). Cultural Intelligence will also help to create peaceful interaction between people. These three characteristics support human to be compassionate and sensitive towards another human regardless of their cultural differences.
One thing cultural Intelligence does not do is to control human interaction even though emotional Quotient deals with pressures of daily life. Such occasions that prevent things from happening is stress. It is a fact that no one can stay without frustrations. Even everyone minds their own business; some situations create stress (Mayo 61). Similar to the human relations book, such factors connect because it can make a person not sleep better or make healthy choices. As a result, the person undergoes through strains of life, even if collaborations, communication skills, and teamwork exist.
Effective communication is essential among people. Leaders must communicate the importance of emotional controls and Cultural Intelligence in their organizations. Cultural and Emotional Intelligence aids people to connect socially. Cultural Intelligence improves aspects of association by allowing access to a broader range of implementations and access to resources. Emotional Quotient and Cultural Intelligence also enhance the performance, profitability, and teamwork of a workplace.
