JHM Strategic Plan Annual Update

The following are six goals included in the plan:

Make JHM Easy

The strategy involves enhancing patients’ experiences through improving navigation, care transitions, communication, and improving access (John Hopkins Medicine, 2019). This plan's annual update is to build a free mobile phone application consisting of details such as emergency contacts and check-up updates of patients signed in the system.

Support the Well-Being of Our People and Our Communities

This aim is to create a supportive, inclusive, and diverse organizational culture by growing the local community-engagement efforts (Pronovost et al., 2015).
