This will be achieved by increasing the tax credits captured in the law. In light of the above discoveries, I am fully in support of the proposal made in the bill. If the court filing to repeal the Act is adopted, many families will be unable to afford healthcare services (Dickman, Himmelstein, & Woolhandler, 2017). Therefore, the bill will come in handy to ensure that the most vulnerable members do not undergo exploitation. This bill will also help ensure that there is no additional harm to the already crisis that has occurred on access to healthcare, mainly in the countryside.

The bill I am proposing should be an essential and all-inclusive law once enacted. The bill will be on the primary medical and healthcare legislation of 2020. The bill is aimed at promoting the development of medical services and health care that will generally improve citizens' health and, in turn, result in a healthy America. In the bill, a people-oriented approach should be adopted in this medical industry. In this bill, more resources should be channeled towards the development and empowerment of grassroots medical bodies. A high-level priority should be given to the development of healthcare amenities at the community level, as well as supporting the healthcare workers in the native communities and the underprivileged far-off areas.

The bill should also institute a system that will facilitate the dispatching of medical practitioners into the local communities and the remote areas that are experiencing harsh conditions. The personal dispatched into these areas shall be given special treatment concerning the development of their careers, allowances, and payments, among other benefits. The bill will also highlight the critical role played by medical and healthcare training. It suggests that health education should be incorporated into the educational system nationally, thus encouraging learning institutions to implement these systems in different ways. The bill also proposes that all government levels will be required to reinforce health care education and personnel training in different departments. This will help in the accurate dissemination of information to the public and hence build public confidence in the healthcare industry.

Therefore, if the above bill is adopted and tabled in Congress and consequently passed into law, it will result in a robust healthcare system in America. This system shall increase healthcare access by the underprivileged and those in remote areas. This will also offer a morale boost to healthcare practitioners.
