Information analyzed through the research methodology is tabled to show the outcome of the intended study. The results are always compared with hypothesis statement to make a conclusion of the research.
8. Conclusion
Signals the completion of the research, it mostly depends on proving whether the research hypothesis is false or true. Research process involves a seven step procedure which has greatly contributed to solving problems and coming up with novel ideas.
Problem 2
Importance of statistics in Daily Life
Statistic is recognized as the use of different mathematical equations in coming up with solutions to our daily life challenges. Taking consideration of the available information at our disposal for usage, most of the information is derived mathematically by the use of statistics. Practical application of statistics, relating trends on what took place in the past can be beneficial in providing a prediction on what may occur in the future and also a broader description of what happened in the past. This can only be derived and proven by the use of statistical data.
In our daily life, the statistic has been recognized a major instrument which is playing a significant role in our day-to-day operation. For example working as an economist, statistical data act as a driving factor and an important function that is impossible to be avoided. Economist applies statistics in collecting information, testing the hypothesis and analyzing of data. The relationship that exists between demand and supply, and the exports and imports are examined and found through the use of statistical information. Additionally, when it comes to identifying the rate of inflation and deflation, evaluation of national income and determining per capita income, economist need statistical data to calculate all the variables involved and make findings using the statistics. Notably, a good example of economics and statistics in the real world is a situation of a census bureau and the information they are to use and collect when it comes to making decision on the political items
Generally, in the daily life of an accountant, it is impossible to survive without applying statistics. Accounting majorly involves the application of standard arithmetic, but about coming up with accounting reports; statistical data plays a significant role through checking and balancing of accounts. Being exact in accountant reports is essential, and when it comes to making a decision based on the reports, an organization is supposed to develop how well the company is performing through the use of statistical data in accounting to construct a projection for the next financial year.
Focusing on natural and social science that revolves our daily life, statistic contributes majorly through its application in physics, biology, meteorology, chemistry, information technology and even the whole communication process. In most of the sections, mentioned above statistics has been used in the fields that require collecting data, coming up with a hypothesis and the whole process of the testing hypothesis. Lastly, in the In the corporate sector, statistics has been used when it comes to verifying whether the product is of low or high quality, coming up with customer preferences, cost estimation, finding customer preferences and in the decision-making process.
