Washington State in the U.S is located West of Idaho, East of the Pacific Ocean, North of Oregon and South of Canada and comprises of a 253 kilometer long coastline. The state has more than sixty cities making it an amazing destination for all kinds of tourists. There is no one right way to experience Washington State and there are many activities to be done while there, some of which include; arts, culture and heritage, family fun, food, wine and beer, gaming, Natural beauty, outdoor activities, scenic byways, shopping, spas and fitness and sports.

Touring in Washington State has become an easy experience because there are many unique restaurants, breweries, wineries and coffee houses that will give an unforgettable dining experience for the food lovers. Events to participate in, deals you can land on in the software companies, airplane manufacturing, video gaming and the music scene. There are also many cities to explore with guides and maps to ensure you do not get lost and of course hotels and lodgings that are suited to meet the needs and desires of the tourists. The hotels and lodgings ensure tourists get enough rest and can accommodate any groups of tourists at affordable and friendly prices.

Washington State is customized to fulfill tourist needs and there is a continuous forecast of weather conditions to ensure the tourists get tips on the best things to do when they travel for example fishing, kayaking and swimming. Travelling is fun and easy. There are 12 airports and many car renting agents in case you are authorized to drive in Washington. The public commuter service is also affordable and comfortable and tourists are assured of their security.

The natural beauty is captivating. The world class vineyards perched above the Columbia River in the high desert eastern Washington, the only temperate rainforest in the lower 48 states on the Olympic peninsula, meadows of wildflowers in the shadows of Mt. Rainier and the pods of orcas off the coast of the San Juan islands just to mention a few.

There is also a diverse calendar of events for example the Oktoberfest in Leavenworth where you can sip on German-style lager and grove to a live polka band. One can also test their hoops skills in the Worlds largest three-on-three basketball tournament in Spokane, and fly a kite on Long Beach during the International Kite Festival. These are just a few of the many all year round activities in the calendar of events and there is something interesting for everyone.
