Leadership is an important aspect of achieving every organization's output and goals. However, it is important for every leader to evaluate the leadership style that determines how one will undertake the leadership role. Aroma leadership style can be said to be autocratic or authoritarian leadership style because the leaders did not involve other team members in their decision making, it is necessary for the new management to be flexible and adopt several leadership styles that are positive. The leadership style that should be adopted by the new management should include, democratic or participative style of leadership where all the employees are involved in decision making, through consultation and giving them instructions where necessary. It is necessary for the manager to work together with the subordinates and not supervise their work hence give them the freedom they deserve. The other leadership style that is necessary in the case of Aroma management is a transformational style where the leadership ensures the advancement of the employees to a high level of motivation. It is necessary for the leader to inspire the employees to change their work perceptions, expectation and motivations towards achieving a common goal (Iqbal, 2011). Visionary leadership style is also necessary where the new management will transform employees vision into realities. However there are other different leadership styles that include the Strategic style of leadership, wherein this type of leadership, the leader is the head of the organization. He or she fills the gap that is between the need for practicality and new possibility through providing of prescriptive habits. The other leadership style is team leadership which involves the creation of a future vivid picture what the organization stands for and is headed. The vision in this style provides a sense of direction. Cross-cultural leadership style exists in an organization based in an environment with different cultures. This style is industrialized in recognizing front-runners working in a globalized market. The other style of leadership is Facilitative leadership which seems to be dependent on outcome and measurement and not personal skills.
Skills Needed by Leaders and Managers to solve organizational Problems
We are confronted by problems in our everyday activities. However, being a leader problem-solving skills is essential. Effective management and leadership require personality traits such as human, conceptual and technical skills. Human skills involves attention and communication to organization relationships. While Conceptual skills helps the manager perceive the organization and work with the relationships. Technical skills will be necessary for ensuring that the work is done. Leadership represents some social form of Problem solving and the skills are important in predicting the performance of an effective leader. Skills in solving problems and generation of solution predict a career achievement of a leader.

The most important aspect of management is doing what is necessary to control and develop a relationship with employees and the customers. In Aroma's case, managing change is important to identify stakeholders techniques, analyzing their influences, developing the best-suited strategies for communication, the setting of boundaries and managing the competing expectations. There is a need to keep the lid of scope creep, understand the risk of tolerance and mitigate on issues that may lead to delay the management change. In order to effectively manage change in stakeholders, it is necessary to first identify who the stakeholders are and identify the nonobvious stakeholders, example the funders. Managing different stakeholders in a changing environment. First, it is important to identify who the stakeholders are whether a person or an organization. In the case of Aroma company, the stakeholders are the individuals. Secondly, it is important to identify the stakeholder's preferred communication method where it is necessary for the manager to use the most effective communication manner. Third, it is necessary for the manager to engage the stakeholders throughout the change process on a timely basis. Fourth, managers are expected to map expectations accurately. Fifth Classify communication level for every stakeholder on the basis of assistance.sixth, identifying the road blockers and which the stakeholders who will be advocated.Next Engaging the stakeholders in decision making and lastly measuring the change success.(Harrison and Wicks, 2007).

The Cosmetic regulation philosophy is that every product that meets the regulation requirement should have immediate and equal access to the market and be able to circulate freely in the European Union,The key principle of this products regulation is that the company or the person placing the cosmetic products on the market will be responsible for ensuring that the product meets the standard and is safe. The stages of cosmetic products development are regulated by a cosmetic regulation body from the ingredients chosen for product marketing. This regulation requires this product placed in EU market should comply with the set Good manufacturing practices by ISO standard. The standards require: that the cosmetic company belong to a structured organization the staff to have appropriate documentation, training, and skills in cosmetic manufacturing. Premises should observe condition such as ensuring the protection of the product, sanitization and regular cleaning of the premises, minimize the risk of mixing products. The company's equipment should be designed in a way that they avoid any contaminations and be in a position to facilitate maintenance or cleaning. The company should create a supplier that is dynamic to a chain of information. The manufacturing process should identify points of quality control, process summary in production, label the batch properly summarize the production process in a comprehensive documentation. The finished product should meet the standard that is established by the company. There ought to be a deviation and off-specification treatment. It is also necessary for the company to define the type of waste generated and carry out their disposal in a controlled manner. It is mandatory if there is any outsourcing process that the company and subcontractor develop an agreement or a contract that defines the requirements that are in accordance with the manufactured cosmetic specificity. The claims must be investigated with elements based on verification of batches and preventive measures.
