The physical environment can impact health through exposure, including air pollution. A comprehensive study has been carried out about the impacts of exposure to people. (Jadoo et al., 2019) Research has established that particular physiologic systems through which the vulnerabilities impact inflammatory, autonomic, and vascular systems.
The impact of the matter available in nature on people is uniform all over nations. For instance, a recent review of the study indicated a continuous irregular connection between airborne nature matter and the birth weight, especially in Iraq, the Middle East, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Notably, the proof relating lead exposures with the growth in children (Omer & Al-Hadithi 2017). The corroboration of air and lead's environmental impacts has been seen in formalization in many nations intended to minimize the environment's number of pollutants.
Social Environment Factors
Aspects of the social context that are vital to health include those connected to safety, violence, and social deformities. Social inclusion and involvement in the instant environment seem to be critical to mental and physical health. A connection of social relationships is a vital source of support and occurs to impact health nature. Tasks on shifting obesity through social relations have outlined the possible significance of social practices in molding some health-related behaviors. Healthcare System

Political and Economic Environment
The political and Economic context comprises the last phase of the health care mechanism. It entails financial, payment eras, and regulatory policies that moderate and affect health care firms' structure and functioning. Several actors enhance the political and economic setting for health care. Currently, several factors and policies at the environmental standards, entailing the repaying plans for the health care services and some minimization measures, do not help realize the goals of patient-centered, high performance, and health care delivery as a whole.How Can the Health Care Administrator Enhance the Provision of Culturally Competent Environment of Care?
Suppose a patient with Iraq origin is set to undergo treatment at a hospital facility based in the United States. In that case, the Health Care administrator is obliged to operate in such a manner to promote the provision of a culturally competent environment. A culturally competent health care environment can boost the health results, increasing the effectiveness of the clinical staff and patient satisfaction.
The country's increasing assortment provides chances and atrocities for the health care providers, health care systems, and culturally commendable services. Cultural competence can be identified as providers and firms' capacity to efficiently deliver the standard of health care systems that meet the social, lingual, and cultural norms of the patient (Chen et al., 2018). Therefore, a culturally competent setting can help boost health results and quality care and effectively help remove racial and ethnic peculiarities.
