Apart from this, technology has proven to make it efficient for businesses as it has reduced the time that is needed for mailing (Cao and Truong, 2016). The use of technology is also important in the supervision of the progress of their employees, making it easier for them to stay accountable. Accountability is important in the success of every business because the employees are aware of the repercussions of failing to meet the deadlines. Supervision over wireless technology is key to the long-term success of the organization.
In a business world, files and information are crucial for the operation and management of everyday strategies. All the data are saved in the database for future reference and for everyday use. The database management system has proven to be crucial in modern business management as it is much easier to maintain and to adjust as compared to the old manual process of data management. The database makes it efficient for businesses to automate the files that are being updated with the most recent and relevant information (Lobaccaro, Carlucci, and Lofstrom, 2016). The business performs transactions that have to be updated with the new information with the database to be used for future references. The database makes it easier for file retrieval through automating complicated procedures by the use of well-defined queries. An organization also needs organized databases to allow investors and stakeholders to trace the operations of the company easily. It is, therefore, important for a business to make the database a top priority is to automate some of the most important procedures that provide quality files for future references.

It comes with several benefits including product promotion, communication and can be used as an advertisement avenue. The Internet allows companies to access social media where the majority of the clients can provide feedback for the services and products they get to the company. Hence, many businesses have transferred the operations of the Internet go to solve its convenience and ability to allow the business to connect with customers.
