In every discipline or sector of employment, the improvement of how main activities execute in their organizations or entire companies is vital. These bodies often push their efforts to the extreme limits to better their performance. They always solicit for new effective, reliable as well as fruitful strategies of doing things. The strategies are often unique and updated to suit every level of the desired success objectives. Consequently, the organizations and companies always embark on implementing thorough research techniques to realize and find solutions to their problems, a fact that makes them more productive with time. The paper, therefore, identifies and discusses the most effective sampling technique of assessing the employees’ job satisfaction at the ABC Auto Sales Company, as well as the most appropriate way of presenting data about why vaccines are safe.
Discussion One: Statistical Study
The ABC Auto Sales Company is a multi-departmental organization whose employees groups within the categories of salespersons, repair technicians, finance personnel, human resources, and managers, or administrators. It is a clear indication that the company has many employees, given that it has many employee departments. Assessing the employees’ job satisfaction in the company will call for the implementation of a stratified sampling method. The reason being is that stratified sampling is perfectly applicable in a larger or heterogeneous population that consists of different sub-groups under-representation (Sharma, 2017). It will enable the representation of the employees in every company’s job department fairly, and will thus relay the feedback from the entire population of workers. It has the benefit of high levels of the strata’s representativeness in the entire population under study; however, it is tedious and consumes a lot of time (Mujere, 2016). Hence, not reliable in cases of limited research time frame. The above justifications qualify the stratified sampling method for the case study over the others.
Discussion Two: Data presentation
Vaccines are safer than thought. The reason being is that they lower the risks of contracting diseases as they work with the natural defense system of the body to provide protection (Salmon et al., 2015). For instance, many studies conducted in Ghana regarding Hepatitis B indicates a reduction in its percentage prevalence from 1995 to 2015 (Ofori-Asenso & Agyeman, 2016). The prevalence of Hepatitis B in Ghana from 1995 to 2002 was 17.3%, 14.7% from 2003 to 2009, and was 10.2% from 2010 to 2015 (Ofori-Asenso & Agyeman, 2016). The decrease in the prevalence of the disease was due to overtime administration of vaccines in most affected parts of Ghana between 1995 and 2015.
Conclusion
In essence, the accuracy of any research study depends on the data collection strategy that has been adopted. The collection of data calls for the implementation of various sampling methods. These methods put into consideration the type of data collected, as well as the population sample of the data sources. In general, the overall accuracy of a research study relies on its technicality, research plan, techniques of data collection, analysis of the data, as well as its presentation and conclusion.
