Introduction
A community is incomplete without a combination of the two genders. Combination of both male and female in a specific set up define a society. Male chauvinism has engulfed communities on an unnecessary basis. Women empowerment is an essential ingredient in the development of an organization. Women significantly boost any community's stability and are, therefore, involved in community building in different setups, such as leadership and decision-making (Akume et al., 7). That has seen tremendous results in the establishment of successful developmental initiatives. The discussion below is discussing the areas of women empowerment and their significance towards community development. The paper will therefore discuss the different women empowerment areas which revolve around educational, social, political, and economic empowerment.
Educational Empowerment
It is a fundamental right to educate every gender in the community. It plays a vital role in women's empowerment. They are, therefore, able to make informed decisions from far better, varied options. Decisions made, such as establishing better education institutions, develop the community by boosting the education levels and standards (Karwati et al., 173). Women also form initiatives towards ensuring the attainment of education and health care for all due to their educational empowerment. Contrasting communities against girl education, growth, and development has lagged. An educated female society promotes productivity in the city and boosts economic development.
Social Empowerment
In the mainstream media, social empowerment is one of the primary forms of women empowerment. That strengthens their social relations and purpose outside the home context. Social empowerment also solidifies women's positions in social structures in the community, influencing self-help groups, and organizations (Akume et al., 7). The organizations have led to fights against discrimination of the disabled, racism, religion-based wars, and ethnicity bias. Elevating women's status and positions outside their purpose at home has developed well-organized communities.
Political Empowerment
Politically Empowering women entails listening to their political ideas, opinions, and views and giving them consent. Women have equal chances just as their male counterparts to assume political posts. That has helped decentralize power and authority in the powerless and the deprived, in most cases, the women. Involving women in decision-making and implementing policies has resulted in better governance and responsibility (Karwati et al., 173). The accountable utilization of resources in the community is still aided by empowering women politically. The realization of improved modes towards addressing societal and familial matters results from women's involvement, which results in healthy relations.
Economic Empowerment
Women empowerment economically in the community is essential for development and growth. Being disadvantaged economically hinders empowerment hence giving women economic opportunities essential. Achieving That can establish regulations entitling women to a specific minimum employment percentage (Akume et al., 7). Closure of the gap has resulted in an equal share of management over material, intellectual, and financial resources. Increased skilled human resources provided by women has increased industrial production. That has also seen the introduction of better products in the market and the establishment of healthy competition. Infrastructural development is also as a result of empowering women economically.

Women's empowerment in the community is influenced by supporting them to attain quality education hence being an important reason to discuss the different women empowerment areas which including the educational, social, political, and economic empowerment. Supporting women socially by elevating their purpose and position outside homes has empowered women in society. According to women, Political status, such as assuming public offices, empowers them. Giving economic opportunities to women, such as employment, is also a vital tool towards their empowerment. That has resulted in significant outcomes, such as the establishment of better education systems and institutions. Women empowerment has influenced the Promotion of healthy interpersonal relations in the community. Accountability and proper utilization of resources are a result of women empowerment. Women empowerment has also led to the economy's growth and the introduction of quality products and healthy competition.
