When a disaster occurs, the Federal emergency management agency responds. A calamity is a sudden catastrophe that occurs over a long or short period causing widespread material, human, environmental, and economic loss affecting the society to manage using its resources. Recovery is the activities that happen earlier, during, and after a catastrophic event. Recovery often starts while the emergency response events are still in progress. The disaster recovery strategy focuses on revitalizing and restoring societies that have been affected by the tragedy, such as the Villa Health community. The ideal disaster recovery strategy leads to resolutions and not new calamities. According to the U.S Interior Department (2020), disasters appear in different forms, such as floods, fire, earthquakes, storms, hurricanes, and air crashes or lightning. The Villa Health Community experienced a weather associate calamity that left them whirling and in the necessity of recovery support. Reviewing the disaster recovery plan is essential to fight the calamities.

Cooperation with the health workforce comprises of dialogue on their triage procedure as well as what the health care amenity to obtain from patients. It is essential to implement a rescue team with the assumption of their deployment after the instant calamity. Collaborative partners will also include government and state officials as the disaster inference will engulf the resources of the community.
