Research in management studies is also important in enabling the researcher to prepare learners for making informed decisions. In the corporate world, management is a highly decision centered field. Research in management studies will enable the leaner to get used to decision making in the corporate world. Learners will find out how and why decisions are made and the implications of these decisions. Managers are an essential part of any organization. They work to coordinate the activities of the organization to suit its goals. It is therefore necessary to investigate their roles in the corporate world and prepare other potential leaders for the same roles.
