Introduction
The article introduced an ideological and pragmatic evaluation of cultural influences on information and communication in companies. The article analyzed the organizational culture, communication, and information. Organizational culture and communication in a business setting have a close association to enhanced customer contentment, employee attrition, improved productivity and performance, external and internal consumer loyalty, increased safety measures, and sustainable businesses (Men & Jiang, 2016). The article's hypothesis involved assessing the strength and effect of organizational culture and communication on supporting business operations by evaluating how a dominant firm got acquired by another company implementing a superior organizational and communication culture.
Importance of Organizational Culture and Communication
The essence of significant business involves having a culture founded on a firmly held and extensively established perceptions that support business models and frameworks. A strong culture and a persuasive communication outline ensure workers perform efficiently by responding to diverse circumstances, having self-confidence, and acknowledging that the business establishment will recognize and reward their efforts in ensuring the accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the business venture (Felipe et al., 2017). Therefore, the hypothesis helps make better business decisions by ensuring that policymakers establish strong and effective business cultures and effective communication frameworks that assure employees of a better working environment.
Integration of the Information Into a Business Organization
Through actively propagating a strong business culture and incorporating an efficient communication structure, beginning with advising various departments on the essentials of adopting and sharing the company's beliefs, vision, and goals, I believe that the information from the article can help improve the productivity, performance, and profitability of most organizations. HR can formulate training and development programs and design effective performance management schemes that shape and strengthen the company's primary principles and guarantees that suitable motivational programs get implemented (Ramdhani et al., 2017).
Conclusion
The article validated the significance and value of the idea of organizational culture for researchers and professionals in the sector of communication studies. A firm's culture and communication approaches describe the appropriate manner to behave within the workplace. The culture involves collective morals and beliefs initiated by executives, successfully communicated, and implemented through different forms to model personnel views, conduct, and understanding. Organizational culture and communication control almost the entire business processes.
