Introduction
For a long time, athletics has been on games that many people venture into aiming at being the kingpin in the field of sports. Gradually I entered the senior under 18 competition, and I could run faster than my colleagues in school and later got sponsorship to represent my country in the early ’20s. With manoeuvring in the Olympic athletics, I won a medal and got motivated to coach the young generation. In Olympic athletics, I trusted that “experience is the best teacher and practice give a reward of perfection.” In the early 2000s, I encounter a minor accident, and I could run faster like before. With are of interest, I fully turned to be a coach. i started my coaching to the junior and senior secondary school students south Jamaica group of schools. With regular perfect performance, I join the top class being coaching the Olympic level. I joined as a junior coach to the Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA) in 2012. I am currently the senior coach to train the athlete on the short races Olympic competition (JOA).
Identity of the Athlete and Their Position
With the experience I have acquired, being an athlete and skill gained from the elite’s confidence in coaching a team has been firmly rooted in me. With no doubt and as a senior member of the Jamaica Olympic Association, I have been having a credible history in coaching previous successful gold winners’ athletes.
