I like to think of myself as a highly ambitious and motivated individual who has a disciplined code of going about my goals and how best to achieve them. I am highly academic, and some would say ‘nerdy,' a quiet, calm, and preserved deep-thinking individual who is also compassionate, genuine, patient, and hardworking. I often challenge myself by setting goals for myself and striving to accomplish them. I try to avoid my comfort zone by not limiting myself to specific standards or stagnating in certain aspects of my life. In this regard, I am always open to ideas and changes that impact my life positively. In a nutshell, I live in the present and try to make it count as much as I can through achieving my goals and getting to where I want to be in life.
My leisure times:
I consider myself socially active and love talking to people or being around them; however, I also appreciate some time to myself, e.g., coping activities. I would call my personality ambivert because I sort of balance my extrovert and introvert features. I value spending time with my partner, e.g., leisure walks, watching TV, hanging out, among other activities. I am a big fan of trying out new adventures, especially on the nature side of life. Time to time, I take road trips or flights to enjoy the beauty nature has to offer.my work ethic is strict and professional during workdays and take a day off during the weekend unless something unavoidable comes up. During my time off work, I make my vacations travel plans in advance, i.e., booking flights, destination and accommodation, and logistics. I am passionate about travel and take great pleasure and anticipation in doing so and planning for, i.e., am a believer in 'when you work do not play at all and when playing do not work at all.'
My hobbies:
My main hobbies include traveling, reading, shopping, listening to music, and hanging out with friends. I partake these often during the weekends since they do not involve much planning or time-consuming. Occasionally, I indulge in cooking, hiking, playing cards, biking, video games, and watching movies. Due to my tight work schedule, some activities I enjoy doing become hardly accessible due to the inflexibility of my schedule, some of these include fishing, hunting, chess, bowling, camping, swimming, soccer, diving, animal fancy, white water rowing(which I did once in Bali Indonesia 2010 and had an experience of a lifetime and would love to try it out again). I have a Wishlist of activities I would love to do, like boxing, karate, and involvement in a wildlife program where I can interact and take care of wild animals like tigers, lions, cheetahs, wolves among others.
My social and personal life:
Being that I love socializing, I talk thoughtfully and appropriately, avoiding hasty conclusions about people. I consider myself the type to think through every detail and work through things as expected. I am a firm believer in character and assume the best about people and their intentions until proven otherwise. I neither smoke nor drink. However, I used to be a smoker but quit in 2012, and recently I have been vaping for four months (October 2019-February 2020) upon which I stopped due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I consider my health of upmost importance and to that effect following a keto diet and intermittent fasting.
My academic, career, and philosophy of life:
I am a full-time lecturer currently on sabbatical leave with a full scholarship expected to obtain a PHD degree upon completion (in my last semester now). I was a teacher in an elementary school that deals with special education deaf and hearing-impaired individuals. I am a strong enthusiast of philosophy, psychology: sociology, history, political science, and music. I believe in everyone’s freedom to life and expression and let others live by their terms without judgment. That we should all embrace diversity, coexistence, forgiveness, and tolerance and, by this, be the solution to most human issues. Life is too short to live it with anger or frustration; instead, overcome your fears and live your dreams by taking it. Live it like it’s the last day of your life! I believe the secret to a productive relationship and a successful marriage is respect, trust, love, forgiveness, honesty, freedom, and fulfilling your responsibilities.
What am looking for:
I am open to all women worldwide because I believe compatibility does not always make a happy marriage. It is my duty to provide for my partner, hence financial status, not an issue. I am looking for an open-minded woman with a great personality and mindset who doesn't mind traveling. A woman who is conscious of herself and takes great care of herself (beauty, weight, hygiene, knowledge, etc.). She should have the minimum acceptable level of morals and ethics, honest and stick to their words. I also prefer humorous girls to quiet ones.
My final note:
I was honest and authentic in writing these words so that the interested parties can know me better. I am looking for a genuine person who deserves the effort and sincerity I put into this. It is impossible to describe myself in a few paragraphs hence only considered the most relevant features. This profile was written honestly and thoughtfully for transparency.
