2.1. Managements and Wellbeing of EmployeesThe role of management is not limited to sports activities. All the organizations have a management team which work is to ensure the success of an organization. As used in business, the term management refers to overseeing the development, allocation, and maintenance of resources to attain the organization's objectives and goals (Ogbonnaya & Messersmith, 2019). An organization can have different levels of control, depending on its size. In contrast, some have the same managers overseeing all the processes through various people that might be used at each level. The four primary functions of management are controlling, leading, organizing, and planning (Guest, 2017).
