The Mobike product is generally used by individuals to move around the Shanghai area. The bikes have attracted a lot of activities and that way, it has given rise to a variety of events in which the bikes are used. The bikes are usually used for racing by various groups which find it very attractive to use the various designs of bicycles available. Secondly, they are often used for hikes and fun. The hilly regions of Shanghai attract a lot of tourists who usually venture in hiking. The bike riding startup has risen over 900 million dollars with one year from investors which have been used to improve on the quality of the bikes and open more branches. The bikes should be made of steel and aluminum to enhance their strength and avoid frequent damages since the bikes are shared. The bikes are designed in such a manner that it suits the various events. Mobile, has designed some bikes such as classic bikes for racing.
There is a leader or rather a manager in charge of all operations. They are usually provided with market information which entails customer requirements and competitors (Lewis, 2017). They usually prefer graphical information compared to use of texts since graphs usually show the degree of response to the force and thus triggering urgency. The users of the bikes are usually either a group of people who work together, friends or families who wants to have fun (Lewis, 2017). The demands of the customers should be the guide of the company on what to improve to enhance customer satisfaction. Majority of the user of the bikers are young people who love to have fun. TH users are also usually identified to be associated with certain groups. The major challenge facing Mobike is financial problem. There is high demand for the bikes and hence the need to increasing the number to cater the high demand. In addition, there is the need to open more branches at various parts of the country (Wu,2017). The working budget of the company is limited. The users of the bikes also usually operate within certain limits of their budget. The high demand of bikes and clients per day calls for the need to increase on the number of employees and thus a deficit budget.
Inputs and outputs
The inputs of the organization are finances, labor, and bikes. Initially, the bikes were imported or purchased from the local dealers. However, the company needs to increase its production since it manufactures the bikes. Manufacturing rather assembling will cut on the cost incurred in production. Labor is also another input which is locally obtained (Yang, et al.2012). The output is the Mobikes which are the final output of the company. The flow of the bikes is from internal manufacturing and also assembling of imported bikes. There is the need to make sure that the bicycles are well maintained to cut on maintenance expenses. The major functional requirements are the presence of sufficient employees who will help clients in various ways. It is also important to have a sufficient number of bikes to cut on shortage. Efficiency is the key to attaining the goals of the business. The organization should establish a self-reliance system to ensure that the total expenses of the firm do not exceed the budget. The total marginal cost should be equal to the profits of the company. The Mobike app should be simplified to enhance more understanding since not all people are able to use it. More advertisements should be carried out to increase on the number of customers which will intern double demand which will generate more revenue.
The peaks of the bikes are usually summer break. Many people usually travel to China during the summer season due to the warm tropical temperatures (Yang, et al.2012). The high population will lead to high demand for the bikes. The bicycles should be transported using containers to different parts of the nation. Containers are relatively cheap, and they can carry the bikes in bulk. Majority of the user of the bikers are young people who love to have fun. TH users are also usually identified to be associated with certain groups. The major challenge facing Mobike is financial problem. There is high demand for the bikes and hence the need to increasing the number to cater the high demand. On basis of time, the demand for the bikes is usually at the peak during evening and morning hours when most people are doing their exercises and when they are done with their jobs. Generally, the organization should pay more attention to client satisfaction aspect. The high demand during the summer seasons should be worked on by increasing the number of bikes and opening more branches worldwide.
