Question One

Across the United States, the discovery of the HIV/AIDS virus led to numerous unperceived consequences both by the leading government and the general public perception of it. The political indecision led to numerous confrontations both from the medical staff, gay individuals, and social cohesion. Negligence by the central government to impose administrative measures against the rising cases of the virus led to a political divide across the country. It was majorly described the disease as a gay man’s disease. The Centers for Disease Control had limited funding in terms of researching the virus pandemic. As such, internal wrangles and conflicts emerged based on frustration in dealing with the virus and carrying out research on cures. Therefore, blood screening costs were raised to higher rates making discovery and public access to the pandemic information more difficult (Spitisswoode, 2014). Such efforts mitigated unprecedented political misshape across America and the Gay communities due to the closure of gay bathhouses, which were seen as prime causes of infection.

Question Two

The existence of the HIV/AIDS pandemic in America led to numerous economic impacts such as delayed funding by the central government to the Centers for Disease Control. The resultant actions meant that fewer researches and medical actions could be taken to mitigate the virus’ impact on the gay communities and the general public in the United States. The cost of blood screening shot up, forcing the general public and blood control agencies to act only on those who can readily access the facilities (Spitisswoode, 2014). As a result, tension, segregation, and victimization became a toll order across the United States. The gay communities were frequently marshaled against, causing some to experience segregation in workplaces, income-earning, and way of life.

Question Three

Poor governance, reduced funding, unsolicited researches, and victimization of individuals highlight the various issues that affect the globe on a large scale when referencing a pandemic occurrence. The existence of the HIV/AIDS pandemic during the earlier years in America illustrates the various political, social, and economic misshapes that encompass disease controlling and mitigation. As current happenings demonstrate, similar actions have been and are continuously being repeated whenever a given country or section is faced with an uphill task of combating a deadly disease (Spitisswoode, 2014). My view is that health matters that endanger human existence should be readily taken care of to mitigate health impacts that affect all social learning centers across the globe. Health is a key factor for human existence and discoveries of new vaccines and knowledge concerning such implements.

Conclusion

In summary, the HIV/AIDS virus pandemic is a global phenomenon that affects everyone, whether passively or entirely. There is a need, therefore, to impose corrective measures to safeguard against loss. Elaborate structuring should be imposed throughout the globe to curb such.
