The school is committed to give the community the best form of education and give the students a curriculum that is aimed at developing their skills and models that are critical in their development. We are committed at developing a diverse culture that is drawn from different models and aspects that are important in developing a proper culture and model in the society. The school is committed to developing students from all backgrounds and as such we are committed to giving the students differentiated programs depending on their strengths. The school is driven to give the best form of education to all our students who are committed to our programs. The school is also committed to developing the society and giving a chance to members of the society through giving the people a chance in the community. We are also committed to the community and are willing to give a chance to all the members of the society who will be committed to the cause and look forward to working with all the members drawn from different regions in the society. As a school our administrative procedures will always be directed towards serving the people and giving everyone a chance in the society that will be critical in developing the best models that are critical in the society (Ford and Ihrke, 2016). The teachers are also committed to the same cause as we are a single community committed to the societal structures and models of the society. The collaborative models that will be used in the school will be drawn to the culture from the community and be a driving force of positive change in the society through education. This will be listed in the schools vision statement that looks to ensure that all members of the society and the school as well are committed to the same single cause. It will therefore, be critical to ensure that the models that are needed in the society are drawn from the single aspects that are critical in the society.

Positive School culture

The culture of the school is to motivate and empower all the members of the community as well as the school. We are committed to developing the best culture that is committed to giving a chance to the students and assessing their development as they attend school. The school culture will be important in giving the students a chance in making the best models and aspects that will be critical in developing better programs and models within the society. There will be reviews through completed templates that will be directed at members of the community to complete the performance reviews and models. The members of the society will be asked questions on the models and approaches that are critical in giving the children better education and how the members of the society have achieved these fundamental models. There will be reviews and ratings based on the student results and programs that have been identified in the society. We are committed to ensuring that all students get the best form of education through giving a chance to the teachers as well as the students to rate the models and culture that is being used in school.

After collecting information on the level of performance and models that are being used in school from different parts of the larger school community, analysis will be imperative. The collection and analysis of data ensures that members of the larger society can be evaluated and the models that are needed for change are assessed. Depending on the models that are identified changes can be instituted. The commitment to a positive culture in our school is at its maximum and the models that are adopted at the school are important in making informed decisions. It is therefore, critical to give the people a chance and develop the best models and aspects that are critical in giving the students better positive culture.

In an attempt to not only empower the students but the overall program, communicating the information collected is important. There are differentiated models that are used in communicating the information collected with the internet and social media being the most effective for the students. The students portal is also critical in giving the information to the students and developing a similar culture through the school. The schools bulletin and also magazines are also critical tools that can be used by the school in giving the information across the society and giving the chance to members of the society to get the information on time. There are differentiated models that can be used but the school needs to determine the best models that are aimed at reaching as many people as possible. School meetings are also an avenue where the information can be read out to members of the society and give a chance to all members to make critical decisions on the way forward as a school.

Collaboration

After making the decision and understanding the effects of the data collected, it is important to make controls that are critical to the implementation of important controls. This can only be achieved through implementing an action plan that is directed to the development of the models that are needed in the society and developing important structures as a society. There are different models and critical aspects that can be made in ensuring that the changes implemented have been identified through developing specific models in the action plan.

School-based strategic and Tactical Goals

Changing the administrative models and controls that have been implemented at school and ensuring that all members of staff and leaders are in line with the models that have been adopted.

Build a better and more creative link between the society and social structures that are important to members of the society and critical to developing better connections with the members.

Improve the level of connection between the students and the staff members thereby giving the members a chance to create a working model in the society.

Develop the best tools that are implicit in strategic action and modeling in the society.

Implementation plans

Change the internal controls and models used in the administrative organs around the school

A call to action of the teachers to ensure that they give a chance to all students and create a better link with the students in the society

Sensitize members of the community on the importance of the changes that are suggested and the models that are needed in the long-run to actively participate in the programs at school

Strategies to build organizational capacity

The organization is committed to developing capacity through including not only the teachers and students but also the community in its individual projects and models that are needed in the school community. We are driven and thrive through the initiatives and developments of all members of the school society.

Monitoring process

The school will give one of the administrative leaders the opportunity to monitor and control the specific models that are needed in the social structures. There will be a team of 6 members from different sections of the school community who will oversee the development programs.

Evaluation process

Since the school has set goals, a performance review of different aspects of the implementation process that has been achieved will be conducted. The changes will be critical in giving the people a chance to communicate and developing the best models and aspects that will be implicit in the models adopted.

Community resources to improve school programs

Leaders from the community will be invaluable assets to the school giving their advice and directing the models that are needed in the school. The social amenities and controls around the school that are instituted by the society will also be important resources towards giving the school a boost and ensuring that members of the school access different social structures needed in school.

Strategies for effective relationships with families

Families are an integral part of the school in integrating and developing individual structures that are important for the societal structure and models that are needed. Organizing events and inviting family members to all our major events including sports and cultural events will be important in creating effective relationships with families

Professional Development plan

There will be professionals who will be consulted on the models needed and increase the level of controls that are needed in the society. The school leadership will be trained and create a model that will be important in imparting the same skills to the members of staff in the school. The members of the school will need to be committed and driven towards ensuring that the models that are used create the specific models that are needed in the social structures that are important for the development plan. The school will ensure that the implementation plan and controls that are needed are developed and implemented through different models and attributes that are imperative to the process.

Integrity and Fairness

There are different infrastructural aspects that are needed in the society making it critical in giving the models needed to implement the set changes. One of the aspects is qualified and committed members of staff who are committed to changing the models that are needed in the school. Infrastructural projects that are committed to giving the people a chance in the society are also implicit in changing the models that are used by members of the school to develop the overall models of change. Communities that are committed to the changes that are needed in the society are also important in developing and giving the society a chance. There are differentiated models that can be created and implemented thereby making it important to have a proper leadership team (Ford and Ihrke, 2016). Leaders need to have the best models and aspects that are needed in the system that are important to mapping out the implementation processes that are integral to the changes suggested.
