Children’s Television watching should be limited. This is because leaving them to watch anything and everything might lead them to watch some explicit videos which might harm their mental development. The number of hours that a child should be allowed to watch TV need to depend on the age of the child. For instance a kid under age of 2 should only be allowed to watch TV for not more than 2 hrs. There is also need for parents to advocate for time to educational programs.

c)Is driving a right or a privilege? (Should we expect more drive responsibility than we currently do?)

3.NO – it is not a right as one has to learn the skill

-It also requires government approval through a license

4.YES – it is a privilege because it can easily be taken away if abused

5.Not everyone is allowed to drive

Drivers need to be responsible when driving and need not to drive when drunk. Penalties should be invoked on drivers who drive when they are drunk. Licenses for drivers found drunk while drunk need to be revoked for a period not less than three months.
