Introduction

Phoenix Health and Wellbeing is a charitable organization established in 2013 to support local people with chronic physical, emotional, and mental issues, particularly because of low income. Each year the establishment supports more than 400 local people referred to them by healthcare and medical professionals. The majority of them were unable to access the support the organization offers. Most citizens have various conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to more physical conditions such as cancer or Parkinson's disease. The conditions are as a result of social isolation, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

Phoenix Health and Wellbeing organization's role is to offer various treatments and therapies to relieve the everyday local people's strains and stress. The organization's counseling services offer the citizens to talk about the challenges that affect them even though they live in safe and confidential environments. The professional counselor's role is to listen to them and assist in any difficulties and problems people face. They will also help the local people understand how past experiences will affect them and how they can change a few things to brighten their future.

The counselors will also present to the patients a course of action that should be taken, such as a confidential, non-judgemental guide and setting that will explore their concerns and issues. They offer such services because most local people go through childhood trauma, stress, relationship breakdown, depression, family issues, phobias, and anxiety.

Strategic Framework

Phoenix Health and Wellbeing center has established a strategic framework to protect and promote employees' mental health. Since such policies are rewarding, they also respond because of the highly demanding and challenging environment. The compliment outcomes of the strategies are derived from the independent mental health review to help the organization better understand the health challenges employees at the organization are facing.

Phoenix Health and wellbeing studio is a company that does not just motivate the employees but also facilitates expanding the business by structuring the right organizational design and staffing approach to retain and attract the talent needed to support their goals. Due to this, the equity partners and founders have decided to come up with a comprehensive strategic plan that will address not only the future needs of the company but also the current status.

As elaborated in chapter nine, the only way an organization can think about change and growth is when they embrace a life cycle structure that structure the company's administrative system and leadership style to create a predictable pattern in people's life stages. As known, growth is always difficult when a company is born, and all the times it has to embrace a new life cycle because of the new set of rules on how it’s going to internally function.

Phoenix’s strategy is established to deal with the stigma associated with mental health challenges. The idea is to prevent the workers from stopping holding the disturbing things by asking for help. The strategy will also support the workers to face the full lifecycle while pursuing their careers. The strategy consists of the background information of the company’s strategic objectives, vision, action plan, and wellbeing and mental health model. The purpose of this strategy is to identify the measures that will be embraced to enable the organization to assess, refine, and improve their approach to treating patients with mental cases.

The strategy also acts as the future road map to support workers who work as the policing first supporters or responders to support workers' mental health causes. This framework's diagrammatic strategy is to recognize the nature of policing and the needs of employees by offering direction. The purpose of this is to ensure that there is continuity in improving the wellbeing and mental health of employees while they are pursuing their careers.

The strategy is a component used to expand the business of occupational health and safety initiatives and practice. The strategy should also give an overview of the current wellbeing support services to form the health and safety vision to ensure that every worker is committed to the strategies because they offer public services. The purpose of the strategy is to complement the charitable organization's outcomes to help employees understand the importance of current approaches and how it will support their mental health needs.

Elements Affecting the Transition

One challenge in applying these strategies is the interactions between workplace culture and critical incidents compared to the demands. Such impacts affect the social, physical, and psychological wellbeing of every employee. This is because of the everyday managerial responses and actions, the shifts, long working hours, and poor duty rosters that make the workers get little time to recover.

Another challenge is that most employees suffer from work-related pressure, such as being abandoned by management and peers. Most of the time, such cases arise when employees are sick and retire to work after their leave days. Therefore the interventions, programs, and policy of the strategy will educate and support employees at the individual, organizational, government, and peer levels.
