It was on games day that the school team and the enhancing school were playing a football tournament. It reached the point that the player in the field was not so happy about being the consideration of necessitating conflict management. It is elaboratively outlined that the players were missing something that led to the easy erosion of conflict until the referee was beaten up. The differences in opinion of personnel regularly tend to lead to conflict agreement. It is necessary to have the elaborative clear need s of making the parties of the conflict solve the difference in a better way than war or engaging in a fight. The results of conflict solved infighting is so much problem in consideration of civilized society. The referee had flavored the other school and gave the penalty. It is necessary to have the critical consideration. There is a need to have a keen consideration of opinion and consolidation of critical understanding. The disagreement of the favors leads to conflict among team players and arises in a fight creating tension.

The stand on the couch was for everyone to follow the rules. However, due to the audience commission and the spectators fans of the teams booing each other. As witness views of the opinion, the game should be played fair to give the credible winner in the scene that necessitates the need to have a deliverable kind of person. The conclusion stems from the credible eyewitness who was available needed to have the considerable needs of ensuring the needs of having exact solutions are needed. Schools need to set up roles and regulations for student-level interaction. It is necessary to have considerable needs for making a peaceful environment.

A suggestion box needs to be set in place for complaints and the grievances of students to be addressed and arid in public for consideration. Of having the elaborative need to necessitate suppressing the pain of conflict by addressing the grievances.

In myth understanding the information on conflict needs to have patience and thinking before action. It is normal to make the wrong decision when someone is hungry. It is advisable, and I do strongly recommend that partners in civilized society need to have a listening ear rather than taking action when insulted. It is necessary to have a critical analysis of information considerations for conflict managers. It is preaching unity and peace among the considerations for the help of reducing complicated conflict. The unity and international relationship skills help to ensure that personnel.

It is necessary to have considerable skill to ensure there is good conflict management. In school, it is clear to have the understanding of teachings, empathy, responsibility consideration of having the conflict involvement of one person on the student involvement.
