Short animated films have a running time of 40 minutes or less. "A Letter from Heaven" falls in this category as its running time is less than two minutes (Byron, 2017). The audience of the video includes parents and guardians who have children and have promised their children things and face challenges in delivering their promises. The video entails a letter from heaven that reminds an old man about a promise he had made to his son. The man is shocked to find a bicycle at the entrance of his house the following day (Byron, 2017). The video is edited using multiple shots where multiple technologies are used to take different captions from the characters in the film. The technology has helped the viewers to understand the video and the message the editor intended to pass to the viewers.

The video is highly technical, whereas an animated video that reflects the environment in the real world is a little bit technical. The editor makes the video as simple as possible to make the audience understand the theme (Byron, 2017). There are various audiences of the video hence the technicality is meant to ensure the viewers are able to understand the video. The technical quality of the video enhances the content of the video by allowing viewers to follow the video.

The video was made by a group of people who played different roles in the creation of the video. The participants included a video editor, sound content creator, and the directors who ensured the participants collaborated in the creation of the video. The quality of the video can be improved to make the background more clearly to the viewers (Byron, 2017). The scripts can also be improved to incorporate other languages from the start of the video. The viewers are from around the world and might not understand Chinese. The video can also be improved to let viewers know the content of the video.
