The paper explains significant impacts of the e-government on corruption. It has narrowed down to identifying primary cases of corruption across Asian countries. Corruption is one of the complex connotations that feature different activities that negatively affect society. Therefore, most of Asian countries have developed different system to curb with the rising rates of corruption. However, minimal results have been achieved. The adoption of the e-government has been viewed as one of the approaches that could address the rising cases of corruption. Singapore is one of the leading countries in the enactment of e-government. The method has worked well not only in political governance but also in addressing significant issues linked to corruption. The Philippines is also striving to meet the required standards for treating its major social political and economic problem. However, the country still faces significant challenges in developing the right framework for enacting the program. Most of the studies analyzed have demonstrated that the E-government reduces corruption through transparent communication and service provision.
Introduction E-government is a method of using technology to deliver cost-effective services to the public. The process facilitates the efficiency of government services thus providing an opportunity for the leaders to account for different activities. The diffusion of information and communication technology has triggered significant usage of the internet and e-commerce in the government. The cause of such changes involves the substantial growth of e-commerce in both private sectors which has put a growing pressure on the public sector to serve its citizens electronically. Therefore, e-government has been seen as one away of providing efficiency and increasing the level of services provided by the government. It is also viewed as the one the means of delivering quality services without compromising the role of government leaders and public servants. Technology has primarily impacted on the activities and development of dynamic projects.
The e-government establishes different mechanisms for increasing productivity and efficiency of services to its people. However, the system has been faced with significant challenges such as those of technological outcomes, governing and social issues. The factors have been considered as individual elements that require different strategies for appropriate implementation. Asia-pacific governments are at their initial phases of adopting the information and technology in addressing governance challenges. It has had significant benefits across both the leadership divide and the citizenry of the countries. The Philippines and Singapore therefore, provide examples of countries that are continually supporting the use of e-government in developing and growing from one level to the other.
Asia countries exhibit diversity across different levels of governance. Through the adoption of e-government, the countries have grown to more dynamic business platforms. Singapore has been one of the world's best-developed E-Systems. However, other countries such as Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar have minimal adoption of the e-government. However, there is a rising growth of the enactment of this form of governance in the Philippines. The ICT applied in the management and governance ensure that transparency and accountability is provided at all stages
The Philippines has also had different e-government strategies that have enhanced its growth and partnership with other countries. For instance, the policy of implementing the e-government adopted the whole government approach that supported the Philippine's development plan. Therefore, the strategy enhanced different context t and development across the country. The introductions of the e-government also had a significant impact on the reduction of corruption across the country. Therefore the process and strategies toward adopting the e-government have had a substantial effect on improving the ICT structure and ensuring the government develops the necessary framework for addressing social economic and political problems.
ICT was introduced to Singapore's public administration service to facilitate the flow of information to the people. A broader context of the application of ICT was noted in integrating workflows and processes. The process was conducted with the aim of managing data to engage public service delivery. Besides, it focused on enhancing communication channels for the engagement and empowerment of the people. Therefore, the growth and maturity model of the e-government has been viewed from different perspectives. For instance, the UN developed four stages for the maturity if the e-government. This includes emerging, enhanced transactional and networked forms of government. However other maturity models of the ICT have been proposed with different classifications of the services and roles of the government in delivering reliable systems to the community

According to Krishnan et al. (2013), there is a growing role of the e-government in the reduction of corruption and addressing environmental degradation of the nations and states. The study aimed at comparing such factors and the methods that the government has applied in the reduction of corruption across the Asian countries (Krishnan et al. (2013). The research further indicated that the impact of the e-government. It has much to do with the maturity of a government in a country increased democratization transparency and reduction of the social divide. Besides economic performance has also been improved aligning with business competitiveness and environmental, ecological quality. The study, therefore, focused on three variables under which the e-government to have had a significant impact. It identified corruption in economic prosperity and environmental degradation (Krisnam et al. 2013). The investigation sought to identify quantitative merits in the relationship in the three variables Through a single study. The adoption of the e-government is faced with different challenges in the Philippines. Without the efforts of the private sector, the public would have had significant problems in identifying major issues that influence the lives of people. Addressing transparency issues is one of the significant factors that contribute to countries developments. Therefore, the state focused on providing the, required sources of information to both public service facilities and those that directly influence the management of the citizens.
On the other hand, Rana et al., 2013 argued that ICT adoption has contributed to the passage of integrated models that improve the performance of the government. The study, therefore, analyzed different cases and examined significant performance trends regarding service delivery and reduction of corruption cases across the government of Singapore. It reviewed the cases of reduced access to public services and thus impacted negatively on economic growth. The situation occurred as a result of factors that influenced the government toward developing reliable systems that facilitated the growth of different e-government models applied in the country. Innovation and diffusion of varying economic theories were part of the significant findings that showed innovative contribution if the e-government. Moreover, technology acceptance models played a substantial role in providing access to services and development of new programs that facilitated transparency across the country.

For the case of budgeting, the system has also worked effectively. The study further identified Singapore's issues with the aim of providing reliable resources and enhancing communication between different financial systems. Besides, the developing trends of IT and transformation of governance play a significant role in providing adequate services in the IT industry.
Furthermore, the electronic system facilitates networking and integration of policies into the process of management. By mediating different processing and monitoring the core projects in the countries the government has reduced linked to misappropriation and other factors such as cases of negligence. As a result, the financial teams can adopt the required strategies to boost accountability in providing reliable services to the community.
