“Sometimes when am sited beside myself; I wish I were a little kid again since skinned knees are easier to fix that broken heart”, everybody who has been ever broken up knows what the sentence means. Do not cry when the sun is gone as tears might block you from seeing stars (Couturier & Couturier, 2017).
The first thing to do is try to forget your ex completely and resist the urge of calling him/her for the reunion. Put away the pictures, and any interesting thing that reminds you of you ex since part of loving is to let it go.in addition, this is the highest time to do positive things that make you feel good about yourself
Secondly, try to associate with your friends or family members. Tell them about what happened and your experiences and be open to suggestions. Avoid facing the problem by yourself. Speak out to everybody that you trust and let them comfort you. The key point here is to focus on what you like and do not dwell on the past (Couturier & Couturier, 2017).
Lastly, you should now relax and take some time off of your mind get away from the world for a while.
