“There are many things that I like, especially those that involve me playing inside and outside the house. I like playing with our cat, as well as the puppy, and I also like the neighbor’s dog that comes to play with us sometimes. I want our puppy to grow big, and therefore I like feeding it when it is hungry. I also like playing with my brother Tom because he makes me happy when we play catch with our puppy and our neighbor’s dog. I also like it a lot when Mum and Dad take us out to eat at McDonald’s. A visit to the zoo is also something that I like especially, is to see monkeys like last time when we visited the zoo with dad and my brother Tom.”
“I am delighted to speak to you today, Chris, how are you? how is everything at home, and is Tom doing okay as well?” …” Alright, that is great if everyone is fine.” Today I want us to speak about the things that you like the most. I know there are many things that you like, but could you at least mention some of those things? Do you think you can tell me some of the things that you like beginning from those that you like the most and going all the way to think that you like but not as much?” why do you like some of these things so much more than the others. From Freud’s psychoanalytic theory, people can get insights and be cured by making the unconscious conscious. The primary aim of cycle analysis therapy is usually to release suppressed experiences as well as an emotion by making the unconscious conscious. Through such a front, the therapist or the nursing student can incorporate the techniques borrowed from Freud's psychoanalytic theory, to unlock the Child's unconscious. Theoretically speaking, from Freud's psychoanalytic analogy, if psychology would unlock the Child's unconscious, then they would be in a place to influence the outcome of the thinking of the Child. For the Child, some of the non-verbal behaviors that are portrayed include a sense of excitement when responding to questions about the things that he likes the most, as well as showing a sense of concern for the bed as well as the immediate family.
For the Nurse therapist, some of the non-verbal behaviors that we are portrayed involvea sense of concern for the Child's happiness as well asa need to capturethe unseen attributes of the Child that could be unlocked to ensure optimal peace of mind for the Child. Another verbal attribute portrayed by the nurse therapist involves smiling when the answers were provided by the excited Child.
Session 2 -What the Child Does Not Like

“There are many things that I don't like, like eating bad food such as vegetables. Vegetables do not taste sweet because they do not have any meat in them and I like food that has meat, especially Chicken and that's why I like going to McDonald's with my family, especially when my parents take us on the weekend. I do not like it when myparents insist that we have to take vegetables, especially broccoli, and I really hate broccoli. I wish I could not eat it anymore. I also hate going out in the dark and sleeping in the dark by myself. That is why I have to be with my brother Tom every night when I sleep because I cannot sleep alone by myself in the dark.
“Hello, Chris. I hope you are fine and that everyone back at home is also okay. How has everything been throughout the last week since we spoke the last time? I am glad that we got to speak about the things that you like the last session that we spoke, and this time I would kindly ask you to tell me about some of the things that you do not like. It is possible that we have some of the things that we do not like in common and therefore maybe we can share some of these things together so that we can determine what we can solve and what we cannot, and how we can live with it. Understanding what we do not like is important because you can help it can help us change the situation that we currently live in. Would you be willing to tell us some of the things that you did not like?” The analysis of interaction can, in this case, be observed using the Melaine Klein theory. Klein was instrumental in the development of object relations theory in which is an exploration of how we develop our psyche of interaction as well as relation to the object that is usually around us. In this case, the analysis of interaction through this theory could be in order for the nursing student or therapist to collect information concerning the level of interaction of the Child with the objects in his surroundings. The theoretical support of Klein’s theory is thatit is possible to understand the character and nature of an individual through how they relate to the objects in their environment. Some of the non-verbal behavior that is portrayed by the Child during the exchange, in this case, include a sadface that is usually brought about byreacting to some of the things that their four-year-old does not like. For example, when the child responds to the fact that he does not like broccoli, he frowns, and this makes the interrogator understand his dislike intensity for the vegetable meal. In addition, when the response is counter-intuitive when the Child responds to something that they do not like with something that they like, there is a sense of cheerfulness that kicks in with the response.
For the Nurse therapist, some of the non-verbal behaviors that were seen during the interaction with the four-year-old include a sense of understanding and relation with the Child's dislikes as well asbeing in a position to apply emotional feelings to the responses that are given by the Child, to provide the necessary Solutions.
Session 3– What Activities Interest the Child? At home and Outside?

“Some of the things that interest me when I'm at home include the fact that I can play with my cats and dogs as well as my brother and mother and father when they are at home.I am also happy that my cousin Jaden gets to come to visit sometimes and brings me chocolate whenever he comes around. The fact that he remembers that I like interests me so much that this year I want to make a happy birthday present for him.even though my mother has warned him not to bring me so many sugary products at the same time, he has always refused to listen to them and bring me chocolate.” Hello Chris. How are you doing? I hope that your week has been okay, like mine. If you remember the last time, we spoke about the things that you do not like, which was a bit different kind of conversation with the things that you like. This week I would like us to talk about something different, and the topic for this week will be for you to tell me about some of the activities that interest you what are the house and outside. Could you kindly help me understand some of the things that you do not like, please? Analysis of interaction in this particular case could be done using Sullivan's Theory. The theory states that the primary purpose of the behavior is that the patients have to have their needs met via interpersonal relations and an agreement or avoidance of anxiety.In this case, the theoretical support of the application of this particular theory is that therapists will be in a position to apply it in order to meet the expectations of the Child in understanding the activities the child is interested in and some of the activities that he is not and therefore creates a solution that would help in maintaining as well as improving the natural attributes of the Child. Some of the nonverbal behaviors that are shown by the Child in the case include a sense of frustration when talking about the things that are not interesting, especially being forced to eat things that do not suit his particular taste and needs according to His thinking.
For the nurse therapist, the nonverbal behaviors that we see involve having a sense of care as well as concern about the Child's interest in various activities as well as dislike or disinterest in others.
Reflective Thoughts & Feelings of Nurse Therapist
Looking at the interaction process and the records that we have undertaken in the process above, it could be summarized that the nursing therapist has had a feeling of fulfillment in addressing some of the issues that were facing the Child as a result of the application of classical theory analysis methodologies such as Freud, Sullivan and Klein's as established. The theories by these three classical theorists are especially important in the analysis process of this case involving the four-year-old because their brains are usually in development, and therefore these kinds of theories are practical to them in the solving of the issues that tend to face them on a day-to-day basis. Understanding how to apply this theory is insignificant in establishing a way forward for the Child as a nursing student/therapist.
