I like the patient's questions because they focused on the relationship between the patient and his daughter and his relationship with other family members. I also admire the fact that questions targeted the physical activity and medication of JC. However, I feel that the second question should be more specific so that it does not confuse or upset the client (Ozaras & Abaan, 2016). The patient might interpret the question as though he was asked to mention them and talk about their life in general without focusing on his relationship with them, which is the most crucial part. The question should have been, tell about your relationship with the rest of the family members (Tavakoli et al., 2017).

Nonetheless, there were some questions that I found useful and would apply to my patient. For instance, the third question asks about the patient’s daily activities and what he enjoys doing. This question would give a picture of my client's usual activity at home, which is essential in hypertension diagnosis.

Most of the questions asked were relevant and appropriate to JC's situation since they mainly focused on the patient's family relationship, diet, and social life. However, my concern is on the second question. I feel that it was inappropriate to ask the JC about any cultural, spiritual, or religious considerations that the interviewer should be aware of. The patient may negatively interpret the question because he may begin feeling that he is different from the nurse; hence the latter might not understand him fully, which may affect the treatment/diagnosis process (Durand et al., 2017). I am also concerned that there was no question about physical exercise since the patient has hypertension (Strandås & Bondas, 2017). Nonetheless, the third question about the patient’s typical diet would apply to my patient because my client’s food may be related to her condition, which is also hypertension.
