Teamwork is the effort of a group that has a common goal on the most efficient and effective way. I was involved in several teamwork activities in the program. For instance, I worked with the educators to ensure that they provided a lesson to the learners and that all the events were done correctly. Furthermore, there was a time when the vehicle that was delivering the food products came late. We had to corporate with each other to ensure that all services were offered. Communication is the act of passing meaningful information to a group or an individual through signs, symbols, and semiotic rules. I used to send emails and make phone calls to the educators to track their progress and determine how things were going on. Networking is the process that enables sharing of ideas and information among groups or individuals with the same common interest. I used networking within the firm to come up with the solution to the problems that the organization was facing.

The experience of working in the organization has opened my eyes to how things take place and why they take place. My approach to problems has changed as I now take time to make sure I understand the problem in order to come up with the right decision.
