The three significant attributes, namely pleasure, well-being, and human development are closely interrelated in terms of their practical manifestations, as the occurrence of one probably leads to the other. Their core working principle is built on a subjective measure, which can, in turn, be utilized as the intervention mechanism for ensuring that the products and services offered to individuals are of the best quality and meets their demand expectations. Accordingly, Paul Anand stipulates that income will not be the only determining parameter of a human's well-being or development or the extent of happiness (Anand). However, the scope should also be inclusive of the monitory needs, health & education, the rate of increased use of the models that seems life satisfying, and lastly, the models of a satisfying empirical experience. With the consideration of such crucial subjective measures, it was possible to pinpoint the accurate indicators of happiness, well-being, and overall human development that can be determined. Anand, in his analysis, noted that occasional appreciations given to children by the parents build their positive self-esteem, which also contributes heavily towards their human developmental process. As a recommendation, parents were advised to always have a say not only in the pleasurable moments and activities but also in the non-pleasurable activities to enable the children to recognize their mistakes and appreciate the efforts by their parents in pursuit of trying to build great personalities in them.
Finally, Paul concludes the writing in an attempt to draw a clear relationship existing between well-being and human development and wrap it all together with the concept of happiness. In his findings, he noticed that there are several factors to consider, but the most important, it is health and education (Anand). Social responsibility helps children to cope up with the challenges around them. These challenges may include financial problems, food, clothing, and stress.
