I am a disciplined individual who maintains a sharp focus on my responsibilities without entertaining any distractions. I ensure I have strategic goals together with corresponding plans on how to attain these objectives. This self-discipline will help me succeed as an entrepreneur in the shipping business partly because it helps me observe time with strictness (Dawkins, 2013). The shipping industry is time-oriented as the goods being delivered are expected to reach their appointed destinations in good time without any unexpected delays. Another quality that I possess that will help me breakthrough in the shipping industry through my company is my strong work ethic. I am never afraid to work long hours every working day even if it means being the first one to arrive at the office and the last one to depart the workplace. This quality will enable me to have a constant flow of ideas on how to improve the business operations, proficient employees, and potential business openings. I will strive to use moments of defeats as a springboard getting on with the business and propelling it to success.
