Another disadvantage is, according to the profession's principles a physician who starts one of this ambulatory care centers is at risk of his or her moral values because for these centers to exist they need to maintain and increase their profits but professionals need to educate the society with improving the state of their lives.
Sources of Law in Professional Autonomy
In professional autonomy there are several factors that affect its sources of law and this is one of the reasons, is the unwritten law of "autonomy of will" from "Critique of Practical Reason" by Immanuel Kant, globally accepted stating, moral rules are something that everyone equipped with will and reason plus, naturally anyone is fitted without exception (O'Neill, 1993). In the year 1987 a health summit in Madrid Spain, that enhanced on an old declaration with the 'World Medical Association' (WMA) physicians came around to revising ten items of professional autonomy to fewer factors that were more essential. being named WMA Declaration of Madrid they came up with universal points to be followed by every physician in the medical field. One, the essential of professional autonomy is the assurance that specialists will exercise professional judgment freely in the care of patients. Next one is both the WMA and the national medical associations, assuring the professional autonomy is a core factor to the patient's high-quality care and thus it should be preserved to benefit the patients. Another law is the, "Medical Practitioners Act 2007" this particular legislation is a revision of a consolidation in an administrative nature, for the statute it was organized by the 'Law Reform Commission' that follows the roles found under "Law Reform Commission Act 1975 (3/1975) so as to keep the legislation under evaluation hence consolidation and revision may be commenced for the statute law.
Conclusion
In conclusion, opening an ambulatory care center within a medical market is mainly associated with a noteworthy rise in population and the increase of the old in the society, while it can be a place to freely enact your own beliefs to the patients. The independence enjoyed by the practitioners leads to an escalation of practices that can be offered to patients and it goes further than only a single addition of capacity to the market. Studies show that the opening of an ambulatory care center unburdens the local hospitals the labor of ambulatory services and the market competition is sparked by the introduction of these health care centers.
