Behaviors: The learners will be expected to adopt mannerisms that will offer them a platform to acquire knowledge and manage to work in new systems.

Evaluation plan

This may be viewed as a character development instructional objective that is more concerned with the type of character that gets instilled in an individual concerning their personality. As a result, the evaluation plan for the above instructional objectives could use a behavioral assessment approach where the students could be studied or observed in their most natural environment. Based on their interpersonal skills as well as their ability to acquire new knowledge and adapt to new situations, then it would be possible to evaluate their behavioral development.

Affective: The learners will be expected to work optimally towards the realization of the high literacy levels and work towards overcoming the hurdles that may arise when undertaking the process.

Evaluation process

The practical instructional objective could get evaluated by presenting learners with a series of challenges that they require to solve in the operation of their study course. This, in return, helps to identify learners who exhibit exemplary problem-solving skills; thus, this could be used as an evaluation process for determining the literacy levels of the learners.

Five-Question Test Reflecting Multiple Levels of Bloom's Taxonomy

The learning objectives of the first assignment were aimed at addressing the need that has been identified in this case involves the urge to raise the literacy levels of the grade-four students at the elementary levels. The need analysis procedure identifies a want and makes its evaluation helping the decision-making process (Kalman et al 2019). Therefore, it becomes possible to identify the problem at hand and raise the possible solutions that can be used to manage the issue.

The questions are designed in a way such that to address the multiple levels of Bloom's taxonomy i.e.

Knowledge-> comprehension-> application-> analysis-> synthesis and evaluation

Assessment questions

Knowledge: simple Yes/ No question

Is America the name of your country?

Comprehension: WH questions

What is the title of the book that you are currently reading?

Application

How would you use your knowledge of google maps to locate a street in New York?

Analysis

How does the germination process take place?

Synthesis

Would the critical aspects of life change if the political governance was abolished and a new system got brought where inclusivity is the paramount objective

Evaluation

What do you think about the progress of your life so far?

Learning theories

Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development focuses on the developmental process of a child's cognitive capabilities. The most effective approach in Jean Piaget involves the event of a learner's ability to respond to physical responses. The theory depends on the learner's ability to understand lecture notes and instructional materials. The cognitive development learning theory is, therefore, a suitable approach in the realization of the set-out objectives i.e., to raise the literacy levels of the grade-four students at the elementary levels. Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development is a suitable approach in the above study, given that it incorporates the various developmental aspects of a child, which is in line with the critical objectives of the study. This will help to come up with a rationale for the investigation to help to determine the effectiveness of the teaching methods and approaches utilized. Unlike the other teaching theories, the Cognitive theory has managed to incorporate various aspects of the teaching process.

Learning Theory Principles and Application to the Project

There are three learning theory principles that are applied in the educational sphere, these include; the principle of readiness, the principle of exercise as well as the principle of effect. The above three principles are in close relation with the project at hand whereby there is a close relation between the cognitive development theory in relation to the above learning theory principles.

The principle of readiness is a key fundamental principle that ensures for the development of a learners aptitude as well as their alertness levels to ensure that they are in a position to understand new material that the teacher as the facilitator of learning presents t them in the learning process. The readiness principle gets applied from a mental perspective point of view whereby there is the necessity to maintain an upright mental perspective for the purposes of understanding new material presented by the teacher.

On the other hand, the principle of exercise appeals to the physical cognitive part of the learner's brain that enables them to be in a position whereby they are physically ready and prepared to come to contact with their physique in the learning process exercise is essential in that, it enables the learner to not only maintain a healthy approach to the learning process but also facilitates for a well-developed brain which is usually in a position to understand more content with relative ease. As a result, the curriculum ensures that exercise gets incorporated to the study process thus cultivating a healthy approach towards learning for the students as well as the improvement of the physique of the learner (Paas et al. 2013).

The informational gaps that exist in the research activity will be eliminated by ensuring that detailed research is conducted on various areas of the research

The principle of effect on the other hand is a learning theory principle that is aimed at determining the outcomes of the learning process. The effect can be assessed through the impact that a given learning process has on the students. This is measured through assessment tests or any other suitable evaluation methods that have been identified earlier on in the former parts of this research activity. As a result, there is the possibility to categorize learners with respect to their responses to the learning activities that are conducted in the learning atmosphere.

The next step to complete the delivery of the instructions will be in the utilization of resources and equipment which will help the 4th grade learners to better orient themselves with respect to the ongoing learning activities as well as develop their competency skills even further. This will be achieved using the learning theories identified before as well as other frameworks in the educational curriculum.
