In 2011-2015, the value of student loan debts related to attending college reached $ 1.3 trillion, which increased by 39%. College students request financial help, which comes as a student loan (Mishory). Most students take out loans to pay for their tuition and to cater for their cost of learning. With making the college education free, the costs incurred will be shifted to other places like a tax in fuel and sales, which will reduce the burden of tuition fees by making it easier to handle.
