There are large numbers of same-sex couples who provide cares support and parental cares to orphans children and other children in society. The number of same-sex couples has exceeded opposite-sex couples in matters of adoption of children and taking care of them. Some gay groups in the community are discriminated in cases of protective laws, health issues, and insurance covers (Hampton, 2019). Gay rights have been a social and political issue in the United States; gay rights have been aspirations to society. Before, gay rights were only fought and could only be heard in court. However, some decades go gay right evolved into activists and social movements before having interest back to the legal institutions for the discriminatory acts. Gay changes have taken to other levels in many states in the United States, especially in South Carolina, where there is a large number of LGBT society. Methodist and SC churches pastors have been reported to raise issues about the pain and disappointments they went through since granting of legal marriages to same-sex groups. Some pastors think that same-groups couples provide social cares to children to earn their trust in the administration and members of society. Many churches are struggling to respond to the immorality in the community; some groups in South Carolina supported churches and society not to provide services to the same-sex groups (Hampton, 2019).

Many activists have influenced the issue of homosexuality in the United States in decades ago who had their grievances heard in the administrative areas. Many cases in Southern Carolina, which contributes and indirectly facilitated same-sex marriages freedom are related to social issues. For instance, many same-sex couples have been mentioned to help society from adoption, fostering, and related social care. The protective laws seem to be on the corner, which would make homosexuality and other LGBT groups enjoy insurance, family acre, and health provisions (Wilcox, 2018). The legal sectors seem to perform their parts according to the constitution and human rights consideration. Many 'churches do not portray the case of homosexuality as church-defining issues; they believe that it is immoral and that there need to be done something to states laws. The state's authority supports church clergies and pastors to perform there without providing services to gay groups. Arguably, the rules laws need to have equal rights to every couple in society as expected for opposite-sex. Still, the religious group should join together and support their view point on morality and God's will.
